Start at the Ben Wyvis car park (NH 412 673) on the A835 north of Garve. Start the route from where the path starts onn leaving the carpark, and follow the main track to the top of An Cabar, and then along the ridge to the trig point at the summit. Take your split time at the top, as there will be an extra prize for the fastest descent back to the car park. Same route back down to the finish.
