Start/finish at the gate next to the sewage works at the start of the Knockfarrel race climb (NH 491 586). Parking/toilets at the old station. Own route to 4 checkpoints in order:

1. Path Junction (NH466 591)

2. Kinellan Viewpoint (NH 468 578)

3. Cnoc Mor trig (NH 490 569)

4. Knockfarrel Summit, eastern end (NH 505 585)

9 miles, 1500 feet of ascent
